MotorStorm
It's one of the best looking PS3 launch titles, not to mention it's not available on any other console and it's been sitting pretty at the top of the Japanese charts for some time.
MotorStorm delivers brutal off-road racing, plunging players into a stunningly realistic - but frenzied and chaotic - environment awash with grit, mud and petrol, in a game that leaves the standard rules of racing in the dust. Gone are the limits of power restrictions, limited classes and qualifying rounds. Players simply choose their vehicle from a massive range – including dirt bikes, ATVs, sand rails, rally cars, monster trucks and everything in between – then hit the track in a no-holds-barred sprint to the finish line. Carving a swathe of destruction through the ever-changing wilderness, players must compete in a high octane-fuelled, horsepower spectacle where the only rule is to try and stay ahead.

Set in a frightening, alternate 20th century reality, Resistance: Fall Of Man capitalizes on PlayStation 3’s processing power to deliver a thoroughly believable world that blends epic military action and unnerving horror. Utilizing its signature creative style, Insomniac Games say they have created a truly next-generation experience featuring smarter enemies, a wide variety of horrifying creatures, physics-based weaponry, playable vehicles and highly detailed, diverse environments.

In gameplay, Genji 2 is presented as a “traditional” action/adventure gaming experience and features more than double the amount of gameplay than its predecessor. Gameplay in Genji 2 includes more diverse levels of fighting, and more playable characters - all underlying an epic tale of a warrior’s honor that promises to deliver a genuine next-generation experience on PLAYSTATION 3.
