Pre-order Wii for a November release?

Smyth's superstores, based across Northern Ireland, are accepting pre-orders for Wii. Outside one of their stores is a poster that displays the information on ordering Nintendo's next-gen console, but more interestingly states that November will be the launch month.

Nintendo have not yet announced the date so Smyths could be speculating or they could have released the information too early.

Whatever the case, Wii is coming soon. Yeehaa!

Other than a DS lite, this is the only console i've actually thought about buying for its intended use (wanted an Xbox for XBMC) for about 15 years :)

I heard the Wii was going to be about $170 (but it was on the Steam Forums).

Good news if its true though.

I second that, come on Scan, give us something to drool on. Just put a picture of the Wii on your website or something. :mrgreen:
