Wii is a 'Gamecube with a DVD drive' say Microsoft. The PS3 doesn't get away with it either!

In an interview with MCV, the Head of Xbox Marketing in Europe, Richard Teversham, has unleashed a barrage of abuse toward their competitors.

Not only did Teversham call Wii," a Gamecube with a DVD drive", he also takes a stab at Sony's pricing of the PS3 and feels that Sony are just leaning on the loyalty of its fans to sell their PC/console.

The Xbox head then goes on to reveal that Microsoft may have a few tricks up their sleeve for when the PS3 launches, “I don’t want to reveal any plans at the moment because we want to keep a number of surprises up our sleeve. We will ensure we are good value and we’ll do that through having a variety of pricing on games, a variety of pricing on console offers.”

As for his comments…. well.. ive got nothing clever to say but he is just an arse with glasses.
sore loser IMO… as they've always been..
They're all the same, he was hardly going to say the Wii and PS3 are bundles of joy, be sure to get one. :p
