Launch title for the PS3
Sony announced today that Untold Legends Dark Kingdom will be the launch title for the Sony Playstation 3, which is now being launched in November.
Untold Legends claims to use the PlayStation 3 Cell processors to create a unique physics-based game, with great audio, visual and FXs. If the leaked screenshots are anything to go by, we're not impressed.
Dark Kingdom is the third in the series of Untold Legend games, Brotherhood of the Blade being the first. It was a launch title for the Sony PSP, and was a "hack and slash", top down perspective RPG. The aim of the game was to solve quests to gain money and items.
Untold Legends Dark Kingdom will set the standard for next-gen action-RPG's by delivering an immersive fantasy experience through its breath-taking graphics, dramatic storyline, and action-packed battles filled with heart-pounding combat, magical spells and brilliant SFX. In addition, Dark Kingdom will deliver in-depth character progression and online gameplay featuring expanded options through the PlayStation 3's online service. Choose one of three unique characters to guide on a perilous journey of impossible odds, as you immerse yourself in a fantastic world of beauty and terror, where only you can end the long standing oppression of a tyrannical king. Collect and equip thousands of weapons, armor and items as you slay the hordes of monsters which inhabit the magical worlds from which they come. Action-rpg just got real!
