WCG puts in an appearance
HEXUS will be heading out to Germany in force to bring you all the coverage from CEBIT 2006, the world's largest annual trade show for information and telecommunications technology. The World Cyber Games will once again give attendees the opportunity to see the World's best players in action.
The World Cyber Games 2006 Samsung Euro Championships will see competitors going head to head on the following games: Need for Speed Most Wanted, FIFA 2006, WarCraft III: Frozen Throne, Dawn of War: Winter Assault, Counter-Strike: Source, Dead or Alive 4, and Project Gotham Racing 3.
The event opens on March 9th, the opening ceremony will show several matches on the main stage with full commentary.The Xbox 360 will also be featured, players will battle it out on Dead or Alive 4 and Project Gotham Racing 3.
At CEBIT 2006 we hope to get our hands on some of the latest gaming technology, components and accessories. With both ATI and Nvidia once again making an appearance, it's going to be an exciting show.
Attendance at CEBIT 2005 topped almost 800,000 visitors, this year should see those figures rise once more.
