More action and more playable races

THQ and Relic promise two new races and more action.

Relic and THQ have announced a second expansion pack to their cracking RTS, Warhammer 40K: Dawn Of War. The new add-on will feature more singleplayer levels, new multiplayer maps and two new playable races, one of which will be the powerful Tau.

Said Ron Moravek, general manager, Relic Entertainment:

"We're extremely proud of the world-wide critical acclaim that the million-unit-selling Dawn of War franchise has received to-date. With this latest expansion, we've taken feedback from the players to create a powerful, action-orientated single- and multiplayer experience that is enriched by the quality and depth of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Dawn of War will be forever reforged for the Greater Good!"

We recently reviewed the Winter Assault expansion pack so here’s hoping that this new one improves yet further on what already has to be arguable the best action based RTS out there at the moment.
