Thanksgiving is the target says Nintendo top dog.
Top Nintendo man, Satoru Iwata, has told Japan’s Sankei Shinbun that Nintendo intend to have the Revolution out in the US in time for Thanksgiving, meaning a November release.
Iwata said:
"We can't talk about Revolution's release date, but we don't want to miss the year-end sales battle. In the U.S., we must release it by Thanksgiving, or retailers won't give us the support we need."
Given that there’s some speculation of November being the release date for the Sony PS3, could we be seeing a Sony/Nintendo showdown for Christmas?
