Across the U.S eager gamers have frantically been trying to snap up an Xbox 360 before christmas. Over the past few weeks, people have been mugged due to greedy individuals not having the patience to wait for more stocks to arrive.
Baltimore County police say they made one arrest after a crowd of hundreds of eager shoppers gathered outside at store in White Marsh.
Just before 5 am yesterday, at the Best Buy store on Campbell Boulevard, police were called to disperse an angry mob.Gamers had queued outside the store eager to get their hands on a new batch of Xbox 360's.
Approximately 500 shoppers queued to purchase the 48 consoles that were on sale.Shortly after 5am around two dozen police officers arrived on the scene armed with pepper spray and police dogs.
One man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he admitted to jumping the queue.
