Today Michael Jackson's production company, MJJ Productions, has confirmed that it has been working on a videogame starring the singer for the last few months.

The only details currently known about the game are that it will feature the voice and likeness of Michael Jackson and will include some of his greatest hits.

Following Michael Jackson's death last month, it was rumoured that the videogame would be canned, but MJJ Productions today commented: "I am sure it will still be released. Michael loved games.”

As Sony owns Michael Jackson's music catalogue, it seems likely that the game will be made for PlayStation 3. It's also rumoured that the videogame will make it to other platforms, apart from Xbox 360.
