Live from the first E3 press conference, Microsoft has been pimping its Zune Video service by revealing that it wll be ugrading its HD video library to the highest quality possible - full 1080p.

Furthermore, following user feedback regarding the slow download of video content, Microsoft has responded by confirming that from the Autumn, consumers will be able to watch movies and TV shows instantly without having to download.

If that wasn't good enough, we'll also be able to join our friends in an Xbox live party room and watch video content together.
