As well as getting a shiny new makeover this Autumn, the big Xbox 360 dashboard update will also allow users to install games on their hard drives, thus significantly improving loading times.

A You Tube poster, going by the name of Warrior San, has managed to get an early look at the process of installing games onto the Xbox 360 and has conveniently posted a video on You Tube:

Although the game will be saved on your hard drive, games won't work unless the disc is inserted. All you need now is an 60GB Xbox 360 premium to store all those games. Conveniently, this new model goes on UK release this Friday. Perfect timing.

ditto…

But article mentioned you need a 60GB HD… so maybe there's something special about the HD… anyone know for sure if it will work with current 20 and 120GB HDs? :telephone:

I can sort of understand it not working with the 20gb model, you would be lucky to rip 2 games to it, but it seems silly if it's not going to work with the 120gb.
