If you haven't yet upgraded your 20GB Xbox 360 to an Xbox 360 Elite (120GB) or you're just thinking about buying Microsoft's console, you may well want to consider its latest model, which Trusted Reviews say will be announced at E3 later this month and available in August.

The new SKU will include a 60GB hard drive and the knock-on effect should mean that a price cut to the existing arcade and premium editions.

This is purely speculation from Trusted Reviews and although they do state the tip-off is from a trusted source, the same site told us in March that a 60GB Xbox 360 would be released before the end of June. Hasn't happened and certainly doesn't look likely now.

Once again, we'll have to wait for the official word from Microsoft.
