Sonar 5.1 now available

Over at the Cyber ESport booth the company were showing off its new range of Cyba Sniper gaming peripherals, including the Sonar 5.1 headset, designed to improve the gaming experience.

The Sonar 5.1 headsets hit the market at the end of February and although we didn’t get to test out the sound quality, the lightweight materials and sturdy construction make it a highly portable device and the omnidirectional microphone is a nice addition.

The mesh padded headband allows for an improved airflow and the headset itself features feature 8 individual speakers (4 in each ear cup including a subwoofer) for highly accurate positional audio.

The added Cyber Snipa 3D audio software enables individual adjustment of all channels, virtual speaker placement and a wide range of other effects. It is equipped with a 3m long USB cable and inbuilt multi-media control. The boom of the noise cancelling microphone is extra long for a high flexibility. The RRP for the 5.1 version is €59.90.

The lovey Kirsten from Cyber Esport was kind enough to model them for me…bonus!
