Revised for 360
Gamespot are reporting that Gas Powered Games are currently revising their strategy hit, Supreme Commander for Xbox 360.The title will be modeled specifically for the console, with new units, new game modes, maps and a more user friendly interface.
THQ have been pushed aside in favour of Austin-based publisher Aspyr Media and British Columbia-based studio Hellbent Games who have joined forces to publish the title.
Though Supreme Commander received high review scores across the net, it was generally criticised for its poor performance on low-end PCs, so it will interesting to see if the developers can successfully revise the title for the console without losing the intensity of the gameplay.
A release date has yet to be confirmed.
